‘Tis the song I pull wither and hitch, a mouse flitting about its homey niche.
Tiny feet patter to and fro, as the song prepares the wizard for his nightly show.
Yes, a song indeed I did say, sound patterns frolicking in the garden today.
A child with pigtails playing a jumping game, eyed by the watching of a dog that is lame.
Two barks to the left her pet did expound, and she followed his lead with a giggling sound.
Her feet shuffled to the rhythm in the park, a bright soliloquy of the child's lark.
Dance, dance, dance, it's three for the time, and 10 squares of chalk that the sidewalk did rhyme.
And so to you I offer this serenade, and the closing of the day in a game well played.
